   Research Assistant

• Participate as a key member in LOE (Lessons of Experience) project in cooperation with Center for Creative Leadership (Asia) to explore how leaders in emerging markets learn from experiences

• Assist the professor to interview about 120 senior managers in multinational, state-owned and private companies operating in China

• Assist the professor to carry out a ShEO project, a research program on women leadership

• Write and translate cases and other teaching materials
